The highlight of the night was Mandy's power-point presentation on our Norwegian great uncle, Pete Ecker, who helped give skiing a name in Utah.

while the adults had meatballs, Norweigan - prepared salmon, lefse, spinach soup, and flot bread!

The kids had Norweigan pancakes
