I thought it was so funny that of all of our kids, Liza was up first this morning asking if she could wake up her brothers! She woke up at 5.30am and couldn't go back to sleep, so took a shower and finally got to wake them up at 6.45! Love that she still gets that excited!

The boys did a lot of their own Christmas prep this year too, wrapping gifts for each other and making placemats for our family gifts!

Liza and I went shopping one afternoon at Farmington Station. She is such a riot; we laugh a lot when we shop. It was particularly funny to both of us that Chandler wanted banana candies for Christmas - here she is scooping them into a bag. Such a hoot! She was very generous with her friends this Christmas. I am proud of her thinking so much about giving this year.

The only thing better than a bluebird ski day is a bluebird ski day with cousins! Kevin took Dane and Jonah skiing and they ran into Kate and her kids! They stayed together for most of the afternoon and had a great time!

These two got to spend an afternoon bowling together! Liza really liked it and wants to go again sometime soon.

Christmas tree sleepover and game night! It's a tradition!

The kids and I delivered presents to the grandmother of a family of seven kids who recently lost their mom. She hugged each one of them and told us how thankful they were that we had shopped for and helped to give them a Christmas. I told the kids this was our real Christmas Day - the day that we got to give and serve like Jesus would. They were touched by the story of the family and we plan to keep helping them periodically.

Little America brunch

Christmas MoTab with Mom and Dad! (Will was hiding from the camera and Dane was with Kevin). Afterward, they treated us to the delicious Little America brunch. Lucky us!

Even though we sat in the nosebleeds, the Piano Guys concert was a total ball. At intermission, some of the kids were wanting to go home, but the second half got more and more entertaining and we ended up staying for every second even through the encore!

In return for bringing all of these cute kids In N Out burger, I got to take this picture :) Liza and her friends are all so love able.

Will got to get stuffed with balloons in PE. That is such a fun class for me to volunteer in each week.

We got to bring in the Christmas season with stocking night at Papa and Abbas. The kids had a great time getting and receiving gifts and just being together.
