Appliance Shopping the Boys' Way
It would be too boring to simply enter a store and get what you went there for! After Kev and I decided on some appliances for the new house, the little guys found the tool isle! Liza was at Kangaroo Zoo with Kennedy tonight so we didn't have her with us.

RainDance
Liza and her good friend Bailey think of the craziest, most hilarious, fun things to do. During yesterday's rainstorm, they jumped on the tramp wearing garbage bags for over 2 hours!!

Creative Land
That is where Liza lives! Ever since she was tiny, she could turn any regular object into something mind-blowing! This entire flower bouquet is her latest creation...it is made purely of duct tape!!
Heart
We have been playing with our cousins alot this week since Kate and Jase are
in Hawaii! This morning, we took Jessa and Elsie to Village Inn for breakfast. Walking in with 5 kids under age 5, I knew we were being watched by everyone there, and the kids proved worth watching! They were amazingly well-behaved! A family even stopped me on our way out and told me how refreshing it was to see obedient, well-mannered children! They were all so good that the manager gave each child a helium balloon as we left. In the parking lot, however,....

We LoVE Legacy
The boys and I got to go to Legacy Prep this morning to watch Liza and the 4th grade perform a play about Utah. Liza was great with her singing, square-dancing and saying a line about drinking too much coca-cola! Afterwards they had a county fair where she displayed a poster on Salt Lake County and gave out salt water taffies from Sweets Candy Factory. As part of their Utah study, in art class they have been drawing the state bird (seagull), tree (spruce), and symbol (beehive). They have learned about it's history, geography and current culture. We love Legacy! Great job Liza!

The Jonah Brain
We spent some time at Abbas and Papas home today even though thy are out of town (at their final Mortons location dinner with all of the corporate big wigs!). Jonah was in the living room with his cousins for a few minutes and then came to get me in the kitchen to tell me that his head hurt because a needle poked it. I asked him to show me the needle and he took me to the living room couch where we got down on the floor and saw that the bottom kick is secured with small nails that have become loose and are pokey. I said "Oooo that must have really hurt" to which he replied "Not really....its just good that I have a skull!"

Liza Speaking Guitar
At her lesson today, Liza rocked through two Taylor Swift songs and then began to learn a third! We love her coach, Rick, despite his off-key singing!

Puppeteering
The boys, as usual, colored for hours today! They worked so hard on these transformer puppets and put on a play with them!

Family Night at the Fishers
This was an important night in the history of the Tolton family, as this was the night that blogging from my iPhone was born, and hence, this family history kept and compiled! Thanks to Tim Fisher for sharing his tekky brain with me - I would have missed so much documentation had it not been for his willingness to share.
