Feeding these birds was the BEST!

Christian had some real sympathy for this bird and kept whispering to him,"sorry you're stuck in there, little guy."Then he would mix it up with a loud "HEY, NO PECKING!" and then go back to his sweet talk. Quite the hilarious birdy bond!

We spent some time at Abbas and Papas home today even though thy are out of town (at their final Mortons location dinner with all of the corporate big wigs!). Jonah was in the living room with his cousins for a few minutes and then came to get me in the kitchen to tell me that his head hurt because a needle poked it. I asked him to show me the needle and he took me to the living room couch where we got down on the floor and saw that the bottom kick is secured with small nails that have become loose and are pokey. I said "Oooo that must have really hurt" to which he replied "Not really....its just good that I have a skull!"
