Taste de Jour

Liza and I have been craving Mimi's fruit leather since we had it on a hike with her 3 years ago. Because of our recent blendtech purchase, our craving is just a few hours away from being satisfied! This peach batch is about 1/2 way through it's 16 hours in the oven! Liza is a vigilant guard, checking (and tasting) it every few hours!
